Returns and Exchanges
For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges are only possible if the product is unopened and unused.
In principle, we will exchange products that are in stock.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations due to customer reasons after an order has been placed (such as the size not fitting or the product being different from what you expected). Thank you for your understanding.
About pre-order items
If you purchase a pre-order item and a regular item at the same time, the items will be delivered together with the pre-order item.
If you are considering purchasing regular products, we recommend that you place a separate order.
